The Artist
Nature is my limitless inspiration. I focus on abstract installations that often involve organic elements and mixed media. I use seeds, twigs, stems, strips of bark and other nature fragments to reassemble miniature landscapes and relief maps embedded in wax. Some of my pieces resemble magnified vistas into a microscopic world. They visualize those natural algorithms which create the foundation of everything living. Most recently I have been working on an open- ended concept series called “The Library” where books are transformed into sculptures with added elements.
